This is a sales position. The Account Executive will be responsible for bringing in new clients to the company. You will implement best practices, drive business growth, and help boost our sales. We are looking for someone with a good B2B sales experience in an e-commerce environment.
The core of the job is to connect with the potential clients, explain the product and close the deal. The ideal candidate will be:
- Responsible for growing new and existing client revenue;
- Reaching out and directly interacting with new and existing client opportunities;
- Generate referrals from our existing pool of clients;
- New business development through initiating and nurturing contacts;
- Assisting with the execution of sales strategies;
- Maintain a client database through the CRM;
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals;
- Provide weekly feedback & pipeline reports;
- Forecast and track client account metrics;
- Work together with the Customer Success and Product teams;
Here's what you bring
- 3+ years of B2B ecommerce sales experience with a consistent track-record of meeting/exceeding quotas;
- You’re relentlessly driven to seek new business;
- You love interacting with people and get the kick out of closing deals;
- An understanding of software technology is an asset;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills;
- A natural ability at building authentic customer relationships;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion are important qualities;
- Strong work ethic.
